Water, Grain, Hops, and Yeast…

We received our fermentation vessels Friday afternoon! These vessels will store the mixture of the four major ingredients used to make beer, allowing the yeast to do their job of converting sugar to alcohol and CO2. Our brew house features a 1-barrel brewing system with six 3-barrel fermentation vessels. That’s over 500 gallons or 18 barrels at full capacity. Our bar will feature a 12-tap system, with one dedicated nitro tap as well as craft soda. We will feature a variety of our house made beers as well as a hand picked selection of guest taps.

New Brick Oven!

Today we received our 2,000+ lb handmade brick oven. It literally took the village to help us move it. We would like to thank the following people for all their help: Michael Rodeck, Margaret Deluna, Andrew Deluna, Bertha Guffey, Thomas Rodeck, Matt Flaig, John Miller, and James Ellis. We couldn’t have done it without you guys. Thank you!


Sometimes things don’t always go as planned. As you can see in the picture above, some modifications had to be done to our kitchen entrance. Kind of a unique shape don’t you think? I wouldn’t be surprised if you see this incorporated into a unique door design to celebrate the spontaneity of poor planning.
